Annual Course on Molecular Medicine

18 - 19 February 2014

The Erasmus Postgraduate School Molecular Medicine has two main activities: (1) the education of PhD-candidates, postdocs and interested technicians; and (2) the stimulation of cooperation between several departments with regards to translational research.

This two-days Course on Molecular Medicine will highlight the research activities of the four Main Themes of the Erasmus Postgraduate School Molecular Medicine:

1. Endocrinology, metabolism & ageing
2. Haematopoiesis, lymphopoiesis & immune regulation
3. Solid tumors
4. Infections & host response

In four half-day sessions the research performed in each of these themes will be presented.

Audience
This course is very interesting for all PhD-students and postdocs of the research schools Molecular Medicine and MGC who just started working in the translational research, but also for Research Master students.

Registration fee
Registration fee for this course is 350,00
The course is free (100% discount) for all members of the Postgraduate School Molecular Medicine.
All PhD-students, MSc-students and postdocs receive a 50% discount.
MSc-studenten who have to pay participation by themselves, receive a 75% discount.

General information
Financial regulation of the Postgraduate School Molmed

From August 1st, 2012 the following financial rules apply:

Non-commercial course, symposium or workshop fee:€200/day, €750/week

• Participants of the postgraduate school MolMed: discount of 100%.
• Other Erasmus MC participants, e.g. of MGC, COEUR, NIHES: discount of 50%.
• PhD students and Master’s students, regardless of institution: discount of 50%.
• Master’s students who are paying the fee from their personal budget: discount of 75%.

There is one fee for the entire course. There is no reduction for partial participation.

The SPSS Course and the R Course have shorter course days. The SPSS Course counts as a 2-days course and the R Course as a 3-days course.

Commercial participants & sponsors: companies are invited to inquire about commercial participant tuition fees and about sponsoring.

Those who register for a course, symposium or workshop agree with these financial conditions.
