QIAGEN CLC User Group meeting/ CLC Training/ TranSYS IPA Training

Description: 
Three days of QIAGEN CLC User Group meeting/ CLC & IPA Training / TranSYS IPA training
 
Day 1: QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench User Group Meeting
This event is designed to improve your research using CLC’s powerful features, share user experiences and provide training, support, and networking opportunities with fellow CLC community members and the QIAGEN team.
There will be expert talks on the following Topic Areas:
  • Solutions for handling large sample sizes: metadata, workflows, reference data
  • Biomedical genomics: panel data analysis, variant calling, variant filtering, performance evaluation
  • Workflows for QIAseq panels, routine testing, oncology, and inherited workflows 
  • Microbiome analysis: 16S, whole metagenome shotgun sequencing etc.
  • Clinical Microbiology: wg/cgMLST, Minimum spanning trees etc.
  • Transcriptomics: de novo assembly, RNAseq, miRNA etc.

Day 2: Training on CLC Genomics Workbench 20.
This hands-on training workshop will introduce users to the CLC Genomics Workbench 20 for fast and efficient processing and visualization of NGS data.

The case study will cover the basics of data visualization, quality control (QC), creation of user-constructed workflows, and the identification of variants from targeted human DNA resequencing using the Workbench. The biological context and significance of the variants will then be interpreted using IPA and QCI, respectively.

TranSYS training on QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA)
This hands-on training workshop will introduce users QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) for interpretation of gene expression results.
